These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale, and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website and any related services provided by Seagle Gear. By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register Now” or “Sign up” button, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Website enables you to shop online for a range of goods, including apparel and accessories (“Goods”).

Returns Policy

At Seagle Gear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re committed to providing a replacement or refund in line with South African consumer protection laws.

General Returns

We offer 30-day returns/exchanges and 14-day refunds for any product purchased in-store or online, subject to the following:

Conditions for Returns:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (or within 14 days for a refund).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- A proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.
- Returns are excluded for personalized products and items purchased during major sales (such as Black Friday). These returns will be processed after the sale event ends.
- All returned goods are inspected to ensure they meet the above conditions. Seagle Gear reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging.
Sale Items:
- No returns or refunds on sale items will be accepted. However, you may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item within 30 days of purchase.

Orders, Payments & Coupons

Conclusion of Sales and Stock Availability

You may place orders for Goods, which Seagle Gear may accept or reject. An agreement of sale is only concluded when Seagle Gear delivers the Goods to you. If stock is unavailable after placing an order, Seagle Gear will notify you and refund any payment made for the unavailable Goods.

Coupons

Coupons are issued at Seagle Gear’s discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

A coupon may only be used once.
Only one coupon may be used per purchase unless otherwise specified.
Coupons cannot be used to purchase additional coupons, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another individual.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Seagle Gear uses quality materials and strives for the highest manufacturing standards. The standard warranty for all products is 6 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

If a product is defective, customers are encouraged to lodge a return through the “Contact Us” section on our website. Our support team will evaluate the defect and will either:

Repair the defect,
Exchange the product.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, alterations, negligence, incorrect use, or inadequate care.
